Lot 24 has a concrete pad and patio that will accommodate a 40 + RV. The remainder of the area has pavers. Use of a storage shed is included. This lot has trees on the west side of the lot and common areas behind and to the west giving privacy.

Water and sewer are included. Electric is 20/30/50 amp.

Rental Rate:

Daily: $40.00

Monthly: $550/mo + Tax + Electric

6 month minimum stay is required during peak months October thru April

6 Months: $3000 + Electric

12 Months $5300 + Electric

A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required to confirm reservation. One half to be paid 60 days prior to occupancy and remainder of rent for the full rental period is due at occupancy.

Keys for storage shed, private mailbox and clubhouse codes are available with $20.00 key deposit.
